New Websites Scare Me

My previous statement about struggling with technology was proven to be true this week. Navigating an unfamiliar website was definitely a challenge. Luckily, the website already had suggested hashtags ready for me, and I began my navigation process there. I scrolled through #education for a while, and then through #technology. I bounced back and forth between the two of these. After not finding anything that sparked an interest, I realized I had a filter on my search bar. So, I tried again and found the articles I was looking for.

The most interesting title was Free Technology for Teachers. This was definitely something I wanted to know more about. This blog has articles that covers numerous areas of the technology world. Such as “Ten Overlooked Google Docs Features”, “Patches- Create Your Own Virtual Reality Environments”, and “Best of the Web 2018”. I really enjoyed reading the articles, and seeing the ways different resources were included into engaging lessons!

Another blog that captured my attention was Educational Technology and Mobile Learning. This blog focusses mostly on how iPads can be used in the classroom. There are lots of information about different apps, and how they can be used in a classroom space.

Now that I am starting to understand Feedly, I am excited to see what new resources I will be able to find!
