About Me

Bonjour! Tansi! Hola! Hello!

I am currently a fourth year elementary education student at the University of Regina! One more semester and I will have my degree!

I am from the small town of Colonsay, Saskatchewan where I attended school from Kindergarten all the way to Grade 12. Throughout school I found many of my passions including volleyball, curling, and S.A.D.D. (Students Against Drinking and Driving)! When I moved to Regina, and began my journey through University I found myself invested in social justice issues thanks to many of my amazing professors.

I always knew I wanted to be an educator. It feels surreal that I am actually pursuing my dream. There are many reasons I want to be a teacher, but the easiest explanation is this; the look students get in their eyes when they finally understand something they have been working so hard on is the most rewarding feeling in the world.

I am an animal lover (specifically dogs and goats), a coffee enthusiast, a goofball, a music lover, and I have a slight obsession with warm summer days.

Thank-you for checking out my blog! I hope you like what you find!
